This engine delivers 178 horsepower at 6,000 rpm and 170 lb-ft of torque at 4,100 rpm. Second petrol engine is 3.5-liter V-6 engine that produces 268 horsepower at 6,200 rpm and 248 lb-ft of torque at 4,700 rpm. Beside those two gasoline engines there is available hybrid powertrain which is combination of 2.5-liter 4-cylinder petrol engine and a small high-torque electric motor. This combination is able to produce 200 horsepower combined.
All engines that power Toyota Camry 2015 are mated to a 6-speed ECT-i automatic or electronically controlled CVT transmission that delivers power from powerplants to front wheels.
